I used to really enjoy coming here — the staff were warm and attentive when the new management first took over. Unfortunately, the quality has changed. My nails were not done well during my recent visit, and when I tried to come in just to remove my shellac, they told me they couldn’t accommodate me at that time. I called later and still they were not able to accommodate. There have been times where I had to get a fill done or get a new set they definitely accommodate you even without an appointment. At the end can't deny the staff who had a smile and who would have a lovely conversation in English with the customers at the beginning when they took over the business , is not the same after months of in the business. It is disappointing that they cannot accommodate a regular customer who has given enough business from me and my daughter.
I’ve been coming to Wynn Nails & Spa for about 4 years now, so I was a little nervous when I heard it was under new ownership. I’m so happy to say there was nothing to worry about. Tanya is wonderful! She absolutely nails the shape every time (perfectly spot on), and her nail art is amazing. The attention to detail and care really shows. So glad I’ve continued coming here and can’t recommend it enough.
